A Nurse Care Manager is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by pager (802) 461-1258 or (802) 479-6572 to provide access to medical decision making. The on-call Nurse Care Manager also has access to the Medical Director 24/7 to render utilization review determinations. |
